Practice in Action

In keeping in line with a “Practice What I Preach” model, I firmly believe in maintaining a sound mind, body, and spirit for not only my clients but for myself as well. To achieve this sound balance, I practice mindfulness techniques, strength and weight train, and compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
