My passion for teaching includes leading a family educational/support group for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), writing articles and facilitating knowledge forums for Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PALs), providing community-based talks on brain health awareness, authoring articles on insomnia and substance addiction, and appearing on various media venues such as television shows, news channels, and radio podcasts speaking on topics related to mental health.
